Frequently asked questions

How is this different from just asking an AI model myself?+

You could ask one model, one way, and see one answer. We ask 5 models, several different ways each, and show you every response side by side — with the exact prompt that produced each one, so you can see how the framing of a question changes what a model is willing to say.

What's the difference between the free scan and the full scan?+

The free scan runs a real (smaller) subset of the model roster and tells you honestly whether anything was flagged, without revealing which model or the specific content. The full scan ($29, one time) runs the entire live roster and gives you the complete report — every model, every finding, every source prompt.

Does a clean result mean there's nothing out there about me?+

No, and we're deliberate about not implying that. A scan that finds nothing means exactly that — this scan, on this day, against these models, found nothing. AI models are retrained constantly, and a different model (or the same model tomorrow) can say something different. That's the whole reason Monitoring exists.

What does Monitoring actually add?+

Monitoring ($14/mo) includes your first scan, then reruns it on a recurring cadence so new or disappearing findings don't go unnoticed. It also unlocks a specific action plan for each finding, tailored to the model and the type of information involved.

Can I cancel Monitoring?+

Yes, any time, from your dashboard's Account tab — no need to contact us. You'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period, and you can undo a cancellation before then with one click. Before it confirms, you'll also see two other options if either fits better: pausing for a month, or 50% off your next month.

Is my card information stored on your servers?+

No. Billing runs entirely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Can I run a scan on someone else?+

Scans are for the account holder's own name. We don't offer general search on other people — see our Trust & Security page for why.
